How do I create a school account?

Click "Get Started Free" on the homepage, fill in your school details, and verify your email. You'll be up and running in minutes with your own branded school portal.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All plans come with a 30-day free trial. No credit card required. You can explore all features and decide if My School Flow is right for your school.

How do I add students and teachers?

You can add students and teachers individually through the dashboard, or use our bulk upload feature to import multiple users at once using a CSV file.

Can I customize my school's branding?

Absolutely! You can upload your school logo, set custom brand colors (primary, secondary, accent), and personalize the look and feel of your school portal.

How does fee management work?

Create fee structures by grade and term, assign fees to students, record payments with multiple payment methods, generate invoices, and track outstanding balances—all in one place.

What file types can I upload to the digital library?

You can upload PDFs, videos (MP4, WebM), Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, images, and more. Files up to 10MB are supported with our built-in PDF viewer for seamless reading.

Can parents access the system?

Yes! Parents can log in to view their child's information, check fee balances, make payments, and stay updated on school activities. Each parent has a secure account linked to their children.

Billing & Plans

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and bank transfers for enterprise plans.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated for the current period.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan limits. You can upgrade to a higher tier anytime to accommodate more students, teachers, or storage.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. No questions asked, no cancellation fees. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Is my school's data secure?

Can I export my data?
