14 days, with every module switched on and no card required. We will help you load your learners and set up your fee structure so you are testing the real thing, not a demo.
You are billed three times a year. Each term payment covers that term and the holiday that follows, so the system stays on for fee collection, reminders and registrations before the next term starts.
You pay per learner — $0.35 a month, with a $60 monthly minimum — and paying a full term upfront takes 10% off. Every module is included. WhatsApp and SMS messages are billed separately, based on how many you send.
Both. You set up your own grade structure, whether that is ECD A through Grade 7, Form 1 to Form 6, or a combined school running all of it. Nothing about the grades or subjects is fixed.
Fee reminders, receipts and announcements go to parents on WhatsApp. If a parent is not on WhatsApp, the same message is sent by SMS instead, so nobody is missed. Messages are billed separately from your plan.
