Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using My School Flow (the "Service"), operated by Kaichro Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Use of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your educational institution to use this Service.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required for the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

Paid Subscriptions

After the trial period:

• You will be charged the subscription fee for your selected plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Data and Privacy

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your school's data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your data to provide the Service.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Backup

We perform regular automated backups. You are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of critical data.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.

Service Availability

Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss due to your actions
• We provide the Service "as is" without warranties

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription or contacting support.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. You may request a data export before termination.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Kaichro Technologies is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
